Five Question Friday

I am really having fun with this one. Let’s see how long I will remember to do with.

 

1. What do you do when you are really upset to calm yourself down?

I usually call my mom if I am really upset. I talk it out with her. I have always been very close with my family but ever since I moved away I have become even closer with my mom.

2. Do you go all out for V-day or is it just another day?

Just another day. Our official real date as a couple was on Valentine’s day and we felt very uncomfortable. Neither my husband or I believe in this holiday. We do however introduced it to our daughter with crafts, sweets, decorations.

3. Are you more or less productive when Hubs is away?

More. I love hanging out with my husband so I usually don’t get anything done when he is around. The only problem is that I get less sleep when he is away/ working late because I am one of those people who doesn’t like being in the house by themselves (my daughter doesn’t count…she relies on me)  at night. So when he use to work nights I would go to bed around 3-4am. What can I say I am skarity cat. No worries I  we are well protected.

4. What is your favorite time of day and why?

This one is a hard one. I love mornings because I get to sit down with my daughter eat breakfast no rushing just hanging out. Mornings are usually our time to go to the park, the local craft store, the library, everyday is different. I love afternoons because of nap time. I love taking naps ever since my daughter was born. (it doesn’t happen all the time for me though, I usually eat or read during nap time) I love evenings because it’s either family time or me time depending on my mood and how much I have to get done.

5. What is your go to karaoke song?

Believe it or not I don’t karaoke but I do love to sing even if I can’t  carry a tune. Other than singing my all time favorite “You are my sunshine” I always get so happy when I hear “Friends in low places” by Garth Brooks. My husband, some of our friends and I sang it at my wedding. So much fun. Oh, wait I love “Sweet Home Alabama”! Both the song and the movie!
