Since I have a toddler at home I rarely watch TV. Most of the time I would record a show and by the time I sit down to watch it the DVR box has decided to erase it, that way there would be more space for shows to come. Few days ago I found myself with a little more time (as in my daughter actually took a nap during nap time) so I sat down to watch “The Nate Berkus Show”. I have to say he is pretty interesting and fun to watch.
On the show Nate did a segment about using items you already have at home and giving them a new purpose. I loved the idea of using sisal rope to hang shelves. I wish I could find the photo online showing how he used the sisal rope to hang twin size beds from the ceiling. If you would like a tutorial click here.
