I know I said that I would be taking a long weekend but it turned into a week! Would you like to know why? Even if you don’t I will tell you anyways. At first it took me a couple of days to get settled in, going through all the mail and getting the house organized from unpacking, then I hurt myself. I slipped on a concrete patio hitting my head, my whole left side of my face and body. It hurts! My doctor believes that I might have a concussion and I am waiting for results on the head and face scan. Unfortunately, my little girl does not realize that mommy is hurt so occasionally she would accidentally hit me in the face where I am hurt and kick me in the leg where it hurts. Do I sound like a little baby yet? I know I do, but even though my jaw is not broken it hurts to eat and because of the pain I sleep very uncomfortably.
Anyways, enough about that! Summer is officially here! Bring on the barbeque season, bring on the sun screen, bring on the swim suites, we are going to the pool! One thing I really like about summer is relaxing around the pool with family and friends!
