Long time ago during one of my design classes we learned about the Barcelona Chair. The chair was designed by architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and his partner Lilly Reich in 1929. The chair has a timeless design that would fit any contemporary, transitional, casual interior. The chair has its signature’s white or black leather but can be bought in array of different color leathers. I love this chair, sat in it and would love to have it.
The real thing will set you back at least $7000 but you can find a knock off for less than $1000 which is still not in my budget. What do you think of the Barcelona chair?
